The Roll & Release Series – Fascia Yoga, Acupressure & Breathwork (4-Week Course)
You are so welcome to join this nourishing 4-week journey of release, balance, and breath with Camilla Strandmark.
We meet once a week for four Wednesdays: 26/11, 3/12, 10/12 & 17/12, at 19:30–21:00.
In this course, we focus on releasing tension from the body by targeting specific acupressure points with Tune Up Yoga Balls and gentle self-acupressure.
We’ll also explore different forms of pranayama (breathing techniques) that help release physical and emotional stress.
Each class ends with a restorative yoga practice to allow the fascia and nervous system to melt, unwind, and restore balance.
Acupressure yoga has many known benefits — it’s like giving yourself a full-body massage that leaves you relaxed, soft, and more flexible.
How Acupressure Affects the Body
- Activates the body’s natural pain-relief and anti-inflammatory systems
- Increases blood flow and adenosine in the tissues, supporting detoxification
- Stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping regulate stress and hormones, improving sleep and overall wellbeing
Optional acupressure plasters will be used in two of the sessions to enhance relaxation and support the parasympathetic response even further.
INCLUDED: All equipment provided – massage balls, props, tea, and optional acupressure ear seeds.
