Shipping & Returns

Swimslow offers free standard delivery within Iceland on all orders. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Swimslow offers International shipping all over the world for 30 EUR with DHL. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

Swimslow has a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to ship it back to our return center for a refund or exchange. If you wish to return the item we will offer a full refund once we have received the purchase back in original condition. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

To return or exchange items, you must request a return by contacting our Custumer Service at: swimslow@swimslow.com. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If Swimslow fails to deliver, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.

Important information: Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. You may return the goods by any secure transport. Please send the package to:
