The Glow & Flow Ritual

Join us on 18th September · 18:00–20:00 for a nourishing two-hour journey with Camilla Strandmark. An Evening of Glow & Restoration.

We begin with slow Yin Yoga, softening body and mind. You’ll then be guided through a Facial Cupping workshop, learning techniques to lift, tone and release tension – and you’ll receive your very own cupping set (value 3,900 ISK) to take home.

To close, we sink into the deep rest of Yoga Nidra, leaving you restored and radiant. Herbal tea and a calm, luxurious atmosphere complete the evening.
