Join integrative healing practitioner Erla Sól for a heart-centered gathering in the Spring equinox portal. Gather in the spirit of renewal as Erla guides a meditative, grounding tea ritual and Breathwork ceremony, where the clarity of the heart rises from our innermost being. Combining the transformative power of plant spirit medicine with active Breathwork, the wisdom of the heart alchemizes mind, body, and spirit.

Each participant will receive Reiki at the end of the Breathwork and will be sent home with a small, organic herbal tea blend tea formulated by Erla. This unique experience offers an opportunity for personal exploration and connection with the natural world through tea and breath. ABOUT ERLA

Erla Sól is a trained herbalist, traditional Japanese Reiki master, breathwork therapy facilitator, and integrative healing practitioner with a BA in Holistic Psychology. Weaving herbalism with energy work, flower essence therapy, breathwork, bodywork, abdominal unwinding, somatics, attuned guidance, and holistic healing, Erla bridges wisdom of the celestial and earthly through love and presence. Erla offers hands-on healing and teaches meditation, breathwork, and spiritual healing in her online mentorship community, guiding her clients to vitality and coherence with their true nature through the resonance of the heart.
