ABOUT ERLA

Erla Sól is a trained herbalist, traditional Japanese Reiki master, breathwork facilitator, and integrative healing arts practitioner with a BA in Holistic Psychology, a devoted lover of the earthly and spiritual. Weaving herbalism with energy work, breathwork, feminine bodywork, attuned guidance, and holistic healing, Erla bridges wisdom of the cosmos and earth through love, presence, and reverent connection to all beings. Erla teaches meditation, breathwork, and spiritual healing in her online community, guiding her clients to vitality and coherence with their true nature through the resonance of the heart.
