Fischersund´s scented candle is crafted with care, using recycled soy wax, an eco-friendly cotton wick, and premium fragrance oils. Each candle is hand-crafted in Reykjavík and is hand-poured into a custom  hand-blown glass vessel.

No. 8 is inspired by memories of the Fischersund´s family childhood growing up in a small village called Mosfellssveit just outside Reykjavík. This fresh scent channels the feeling of endless days spent outdoors, riding bikes, and exploring nature with all the freedom of childhood, along with the anticipation of the delivery of baked goods our grandmother would bring weekly.

Brand new sneakers, crushing fresh flower stalks
against hot asphalt.
Mouth full of lemon candy and
fingers sticky with motor oil.
Stolen rhubarb from a neighbours garden, peeled, slathered in honey and chewed on.
Orange cake crumble in the pocket of
freshly washed clothes.
Arctic wind blowing through hair in a damp pine forest.

For maximum burning hours, always keep the wick trimmed to around 3-5mm prior to burning, When lighting the candle for the first time and keep lit for max 2 hours. Make sure the wax melts evenly across its surface during the first burn.Only burn this candle on a level, heat resistant surface. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets. Container might get hot.
