The KLEI cup is organic in shape — fluid and playful, with a soft, milky glaze. Its exterior is left raw, allowing you to feel as though you’re drinking from a vessel shaped directly from clay.

Ceramic artist Hulda Katarína Sveinsdóttir is the creator behind KLEI atelier. Raised in a creative environment by her father, a folk artist and craftsman, Hulda learned early to value handmade work and to respect the process behind creation with one’s hands. Her style is defined by the balance she achieves between form and function. Each piece is designed to elevate the everyday.

Hulda’s artistic vision highlights the endless possibilities of design through different techniques, resulting in works that are both aesthetically pleasing and deeply functional.
